SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
Standard Shipping is Ground through:
- UPS
- USPS
- FedEx
Express shipping is available for an additional charge. We also offer free delivery to customers in Chaffee County, Colorado. This method will automatically activate when the ‘ship to’ address is added.

Currently we ship to the United States only

1-3 days to process and ship out orders

3-7 days depending on location.
Also, factors beyond our control may affect shipping times. These include but are limited to: Holiday volume, weather, carrier operational issues etc.

TRACKING ORDERS
Tracking information is provided to the purchaser via email from Antero Outdoors. If an email is not received please contact us at info@anterooutdoors.com
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Tracking numbers will confirm the location of delivery
- If item is lost in transit, Antero outdoors will resend the order
- Replacement order will require a signature for delivery
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately
- If the item is defective or damaged for return, refund or replacement

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day free return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, please contact us at info@anterooutdoors.com. If your return is within the 30-day window, we’ll send you a return shipping label, free of charge, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We cannot accept returns of gift cards.
- Exchanges-The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new itemS
