Eco-friendly Gift Wrap

In this season of hustle and bustle, we want to remind and encourage you to use eco-friendly gift wrap when possible. This can be done in a number of ways! Think beyond the roll of traditional gift wrap, which is often made from non-renewable resources and can be difficult to recycle.
Some examples of eco-friendly gift wrap options include paper made from recycled materials, kraft paper, and fabric gift bags. These options are better for the environment because they can be recycled or composted, reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. Some of our shirts are shipped in an eco-friendly cellophane envelope - it would make great cut-out snowflakes to decorate your present!
Have you heard of Furoshiki? It is Japanese in origin and refers to the art and/or technique of wrapping goods and gifts using cloth and fabric instead of wrapping paper. Click here for a few step-by-step instructions to start wrapping!
Using eco-friendly gift wrap can help reduce the environmental impact of the gift-giving process and can be a thoughtful and considerate choice for those who care about the environment. It’s just one more way in which we can all help each other on the journey!
Do you have a fun eco-friendly gift wrap idea? We’d love to hear from you on Facebook and Instagram!
